SHIPPING POLICY — MASTER PRO

We ship worldwide and follow international shipping, import, and logistics regulations to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient delivery.

  • Orders are processed Monday–Friday

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing on the next business day

  • During peak seasons (Black Friday, Cyber Monday, holidays), additional time may be required

Delivery times vary by destination country.

  • Canada: 7–15 business days

  • Europe (EU/UK): 7–15 business days

4. Tracking Information

All orders include tracking.

  • Tracking numbers are emailed once the order ships

  • Some carriers may take up to 48 hours to update tracking activity

  • Tracking accuracy may vary by country and local delivery carrier

5. Shipping Regions

MASTER PRO ships to most countries worldwide, except locations restricted by:

If an order is placed to a restricted region, MASTER PRO reserves the right to cancel and refund the purchase.


6. Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

Depending on the destination country, customers may be required to pay:

These fees:

  • Are not included in product or shipping costs

  • Are the customer’s responsibility

  • Are non-refundable

  • Do not qualify the customer for a refund if refused

Refusal to pay customs duties will result in the package being returned or destroyed by customs, and no refund will be issued.


7. Incorrect Address or Address Errors

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address.

MASTER PRO is not responsible for:

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses

  • Failed deliveries due to customer unavailability

  • Packages returned to sender due to address errors

If a package returns due to incorrect address:

  • Re-shipping may be offered at the customer’s expense

  • Refunds cannot be issued for address-related errors


8. Failed Delivery Attempts

Carriers may attempt delivery multiple times. If the customer is unreachable or unavailable:

  • The package may be held at a pickup location

  • The package may return to sender after the holding period

MASTER PRO is not responsible for failed deliveries caused by customer unavailability.


9. Lost or Stolen Packages

Lost in Transit

If a package is confirmed lost by the carrier:

  • MASTER PRO will ship a free replacement, or

  • Issue a full refund

Carrier tracking must confirm the loss.


Stolen After Delivery

If tracking shows “Delivered” but the package cannot be located:

  • MASTER PRO is not responsible for theft or losses after delivery

  • The customer must file a claim with the local carrier

  • We may assist when possible but cannot guarantee replacement


10. Delays Beyond Our Control

The following circumstances may cause extended delivery times:

  • Customs inspections or delays

  • Severe weather conditions

  • Airline or cargo capacity shortages

  • Political instability

  • Natural disasters

  • Carrier operational issues

These delays do not qualify customers for refunds.


11. Order Splitting

For faster and more efficient delivery, multi-item orders may be shipped in multiple packages.

  • Each shipment will receive its own tracking number


12. Logistics Partners

MASTER PRO ships through global logistics networks, including but not limited to:

  • USPS, UPS, FedEx

  • DHL, Royal Mail, PostNL

  • Correios (Brazil)

  • Aramex, DPD, Cainiao

The selected carrier may vary by warehouse, destination, and shipping method.


13. Shipping Fees

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Selected shipping method

  • Package weight and size

Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where MASTER PRO made an error.


14. Changes to Shipping Address After Purchase

Once an order has been processed or shipped:

  • Address changes may not be possible

  • MASTER PRO cannot guarantee rerouting
